    Thanks everyone! This is my first pregnancy and it's a bit 'information overload' at the moment - pretty much every time I go to eat/drink something, someone warns me that it's dangerous for the baby! Thank god for you guys!!! Keeping me sane

    I know, it's weird isn't it? I live outside Australia and can only assume that the ingredients are slightly different. I do have a chuckle when buying milo here because they sell 2 versions - the local one and "Authentic Australian Recipe". The local one is far cheaper, so I get that. Maybe it's cheaper because I don't get any vitamin A!

    Drink it with a light milk if you are going to have lots like it did! I had it with full cream milk and I packed the weight on

    I've been advised to drink milo both pregnancies.

    I ❤️ milo so much I have one or two every single day
