    You're best to google but things like nuts, seafood, leafy greens.
    I wouldn't take a copper supplement though coz the body only needs trace amounts and too much copper can cause a buildup.

    Dr Google does say that copper deficienct is quite rare and that you shouldn't supplement without a GP as too much is bad. That's a shame
