Ideally, kick him out. I know that's not always possible though so if he won't leave, make a plan for yourself & your child/ren to get out of that horrid environment.

How long have you had to put up with this?? Has he always been like this or has this started recently?

Please don't tolerate his behaviour. He is being cruel and disrespectful and this type of behaviour is aimed at disempowering you and affecting your self-esteem and self-worth. Please reach out to local services who can help you at this time and of course talk to all of us here. We are here for you.

Has he ever been physically violent ?? Maybe tell him to F off and that he needs to stop breathing. See how he likes it. If you feel he will hurt you and be a danger to you if you stand up for yourself, then you need to leave him. Plain and simple. You are supposed to be equal. I know its easier said than done, but the reality is its not good for your children to see this behavior happening in the home.

And now you're home and he is following you around from room to room shouting at you about it? Geezus he sounds really unstable and insecure.

You need to leave him, seriously, no one deserves to be treated that way. If he loved you, there is NO way he would say those things to you.

No I have told him that I am not scared of him and that I have done nothing wrong.
