Does anyone know if it would be safe to store those frozen weight watchers meals in the fridge all morning at work? There is no freezer.
I don't think it would do any harm keeping one in the fridge for a few hours - just make sure to heat until steaming hot, as you would anyway.

I tend to have wraps more than sandwiches. I bring some salad stuff in at the beginning of the week to keep in the fridge at work so I don't really have to think about lunch in the morning. I also stock up my fruit bowl and aim to eat it all by the end of the week.

How about microwave soups, popcorn, crackers and dip, mixed nuts, custard, noodles or rice, roasted chickpeas.

You could always cook a bit extra the night before, or on the weekends do some marinating or meal prep? .

I would just cook up an extra meal on the weekend (spag bowl) portion it out, pop in the freezer & take it to work for the week x
