kicking myself for deciding to have a drink around O time!!
But the temp rise after dip is similar to my previous chart with two small rises then on cd21 i got the huge temp spike, so i'm crossing my fingers for cycle day 21!

ok, I looked it up and yes alcohol will increase your temp. But if your cycle is pretty regular then you are probably right. I guess we will find out in a few days if there is a sustained temp rise!

Its never changed, thats why i never chart it. I don't get EWCM or sticky or dry or anything, its always just the same. I am taking vitamins to try and encourage cm but so far nothing.
I have been reading about fallback rises and im really hoping thats not what this is. the second temp dip and rise works in with my pos opk and ov symptoms so i guess only time will tell. I also disregarded my temp rise on cd17 just incase that was the wine i had the night before .....this is going to be a long two weeks!!! chartgraph_module.jpg
