Why does everything always come back to Rupert? There seems to quite an obsession here.

Glad somebody understood, I didn't think that it was that unclear. Adults should be able to have a debate without name calling.

Apologies, posting quickly while conducting the Saturday sport runaround!! Deleted the wrong part of the previous post.

    Removed entire sentence now.

I don't believe that for a second. Despite the fact that we never agree, I don't think you just blindly follow Murdoch press. I do think you're one eyed, but there are people out there who do only read the daily terror and watch a current affair and take it as gospel and believe that they tell the whole truth.

I had a friend on Facebook put up a picture supporting the privatisation of the abc. I can tell you now this woman would have never even watched abc and when asked why, she couldn't give one reason to support it. She made another status once about not liking the new today tonight host. I replied saying that it was just another in the long list of reasons not to watch the show and she replied saying she likes to know what's going on!

Members it seems this thread is getting a little heated and/or personal, if you personally feel posts are not in keeping with the spirit of BubHub please report. The Moderators read all reports and ONLY the Moderators can see reported posts. The alternative is that the thread will be closed if posting doesn't remain on topic and civil.

Haven't read entire thread but just in response to the OP, I have no problem with the notion of the 'age of entitlement' being over. What I have a problem with is the liberal party's interpretation of it. It shows a real lack of understanding of who this group of people is (with the truly entitled attitudes), and also a lack of understanding of the types of people the social welfare system helps support. TA truly has no idea.
