    Try massaging any lumps until they start to feel soft/comfortable. I found the bath useful for this. Hopefully your supply will settle down in a few days.

    Bub has just fed from one side, he's full, gulped a heap down and there is NO relief at all

    I swear its gettin worse! I wanna rip my boobs off

    It's achy and they feel a bit hot.

    Any other things to try?

    Express off until your comfortable and store EBM in freezer (at the rear of freezer) then you have a stash for when you are in too much pain to BF.

    Cabbage leaves will help eliminate pain too, as well as cold compresses.

    Massage lumps out in shower and express after feeding.
