I thought this article was very true. I (only a few weeks ago) was at that stage where i didnt think i was worthy of going to the gym. All the perfectly toned size 8 and size 10 women working out and judging me cos im no longer the perfect size 12 i used to me.
Ridiculous i know but just another 'gift' to be ok with being over weight.
In the last few weeks i have joined outdoor fitness classes twice a week and i do laps once a week. Ive also rekindled my love of roller skating, which is so much fun when my DD comes too.
I totally get how sometimes you just need someone to tell you that you are worthy of working out. Thanks to my outdoor fitness trainer i have realized i am infact worthy.
While i havent actually lost any weight, i have lost 3 cm around my waist and i am feeling great.
