    Looks like an allergic reaction to something.
    Hard to say if it's the green bit. Does it go anywhere else or just in that one spot

    Has just spread all down his legs. So I not sure it is from the nappy. In 50 mins ot has gone from a twenty cent piece to his lower back and legs

    I had a similar looking rash a few weeks back. It started on my tummy about the same size then spread everywhere.
    Mum bought me some antihistamine tablets and cream. It cleared up within a day
    It was incredibly itchy and I never found out what it was from.

    I don't think there is anything you can give babies in the way of an anti histamine?
    Maybe take to the dr, they might be able to prescribe at least a cream?
    Poor thing.

    It looks like welts. How old? Can you maybe give him some phenergan or other anti histamine?

    Yep looks like hives. Usually caused by the bodies histamine response.

    Anything different he's eaten or been in contact with? Apart from nappy?
