I wish I could go purple all over, but it would be "frowned upon" at work. I'm going to be the coolest retiree one day though - purple hair, diamond nose piercing & beautiful tattoos. I just hope I don't get too wrinkly before then. lol. My mum looks great at 65 (she looks at least 10 years younger), so hopefully I have good genes.

When I was in my late teens/ early 20s I experimented with different colours - red, black, blonde/ blue highlights. It was fun. I agree with an earlier poster who said you're teaching your kids to be individuals.

Personally I think dark hair would look better on you, as I'm sure it would bring out your beautiful eyes, but you're only young once & we all need variety in our lives. It looks really well done & pink is pretty.

Sorry but I'm not a fan...It's something my friends 15 year old daughter would do.

Purple all over is awesome but it fades so quickly. Ive done it a few times, I was working as a PA and event planner and had purple hair, lucky my boss thought it was cool LOL.

My hairdresser has just messaged me saying she brought a tube of bright pink and bright purple so I will have both now. Cant wait to see the look on some of the snobby school mums faces after its done

I like the blonde on you. I'm personally not a fan of the pink, but that's perhaps because I'm 15yrs older than you! It also would not go down well at my work either.

What others think shouldn't matter though. If you like it then go for it!
