I have always been crappy at baking but now I have made things like Vanilla Bean Cheesecake with Roasted Fruit, Walnut and Date Loaf and Sticky Date Pudding.

All of these things you can make without a thermomix, but I never did it because you have to stand in the kitchen for over an hour to achieve it, and who has the time when you have kids. The thermomix is great because a lot of things are just chuck it in and the leave it until it beeps. So I can get things done while it is cooking it all. The recipes are also so easy to follow, that it is really hard to stuff up even the most complicated of dishes.
Which butter chicken recipe do you use??

I purchased my thermomix when they had an interest free payment deal on, I can honestly say that I love it! I wouldn't say that it does everything, but it does a lot if things, and one of the best things it does is all in one meals so quick, easy and healthy! My husband even cooks dinners more often using it! It also does perfect poached eggs haha - very important in our house!!

Had mine for about 3 months. I don't use it every day but I don't beat myself up about not using if every day IYKWIM. It's great when I use it but it hasn't changed our lives dramatically. I'm doing interest free about $40 a week

Love mine. Had it for a year. I use it multiple times a day.
DS1 starts kindy this week so I'm doing lunch box prep at the moment.

    So far we've made today:
    Pizza pockets
    Mueslie bars
    Cheese and vegemite scrolls
    Zucchini slice

Best thing I've ever bought. I think the best thing about it, is the sky is the limit. There are endless websites, Facebook pages and blogs to draw inspiration from.
Currently I'm loving "the road to loving my thermomix"
    Amazing recipes!!

It's a converted Masterchef recipe, and well worth the time that it takes to do.

I make the best bechamel sauce I've ever had - never had a success with white sauce pre-thermie! I also do jam, fudge, lots of baking, bread, risotto, yoghurt. It makes it easier to cook things and takes less time. I use it often and usually, if I don't do a whole meal in it, I will use it for part of the prep. I have an allergy kid (egg) and it makes it much easier on me when I have to cook things from scratch

They just announced that they are doing an interest free term at the moment. Worth going onto the website and organising a demo
