Can you just give her an empty bottle or a bottle of warm water?

My boy stopped having bottles at 1. We went to sippy cups. He still had a breastfeed in the evening until about 20 months and morning until about 22 months. That's when he weaned off big milk feeds. Now he has most of his drinks in a normal big boy cup.

I should do that. Lately I have been filling it anywhere from 50-100ml and she drinks it 50% of the time. Sometimes she will actually say "water" when she wakes during the night so I just give her a cup of water.
