Biscotti, I'll be trying elonva when I try again so keen to see how you respond - keep us posted!
Hels - just waiting for my latest bloods to see where to from here. Also having my tubes checked on Thursday which I'm not looking forward to as it's meant to be quite uncomfortable :-( fingers crossed all my results are good and I can get the ball rolling again. Only been waiting since October last year for my super stubborn fsh to come down! Fingers crossed...

Kel are you on 4mg melatonin at night? The pack I got today is 2mg and only says to take one at night. Does 4mg knock you out? I'm quite looking forward to taking it tonight for the good sleep you are meant to get! I'm a light sleeper naturally, but sleep well usually - the dhea/ubiquinol combo has kept me awake a bit this week though (adjusting I guess). Hoping the melatonin knocks the edge off it.

Jem70 did that amount of ubiquinol keep you awake at night? I'm thinking of increasing my dose. Kind of weaning on to it, think I'm a little more sensitive to some of these supps than others.

Jem I did some research online re melatonin - you can get it - not sure of the quality. I was looking at iherb.com on recommendation by Chiefsgirl on the other thread - I think she thinks it's okay. It just seemed really cheap to me, like $5.. Threw me a little.

@Kelly70 I take it in the morning then at lunch time - but I can drink coffee at night and it doesn't keep me up. The only downside is it is expensive and hard to find but I found an online pharmacy that sells the 150mg 60 pack and delivers by express post.
