@Kelly70 how did you go finding ubiquinol? Not sure if it's convenient but I did some chasing around and Oggs pharmacy in south yarra stock had it

Thanks Gem70, I had seen the bioceuticals ubiquinol on their website and will try to locate some, have you started taking it yet? I got online and ordered some dhea and melatonin from a site called Biovea (their UK site as the Aussie site didn't have DHEA). Hopefully it won't take too long to get here.

@Kelly70 you might have trouble getting the dhea through customs as it needs a script here in Australia. I order some of my supplements through a website called iherb and it has a page with all the items that are prohibited to send to Australia and all the dhea products are on it.

Bummer, see what happens. If I do I'll just buy it off eBay - I can see some sellers here have shipped it from the US. Thanks Chiefs.

In other news, Lynn has received my cycle history and will review it soon. Hopefully I get a phone call about an apt fairly quickly. I'm also waiting for a call back from patient liaison at Monash
    - hoping they'll let me skip the single girl counseling stuff seeing as I already did at melbourne.

Just a heads up re appt with Lynn, yesterday they said the earliest was mid sep. But if they call back and say you can get in ask to go on a cancellation list and hopefully you will get in sooner than that. You have to do the counselling again with monash but only the one session.

Kelly70 can you ask your gp to prescribe dhea? It really annoys me that this is so hard for people to try alternatives. Has anyone tried saizen?

I have been on saizen for the last 3 cycles. I think it made a difference for me, but have read others didn't think it made a difference.
