Hmm...well it could go either way but o could just be delayed.

My last few cycles have been between 23-25 days due to my annoyingly short lp. I think I am Oing atm.

I am hoping for delayed as well, keeping hubby busy just in case 😊

Oh annoying! Is there anything you can to lengthen you lp? I've heard b6 and / or vitex have had good feedback.
I was using vitex before my mc and found it to be good.

Yeah I have been taking b vitamins and vitex. Its improved a bit but not enough. I am still bfing so I think that is why it hasn't been improving much.

That might have something to do with it. This is the 2nd cycle I have temped so I am still working it all out but it is def a strange cycle compared to my others.

@AdornedWithCats short lp must be such a pain I did have problems before my first pregnancy with lp and tried vitex/b12/acupuncture. ..took a few cycles but it did legnthen. Good luck!

So this month I switched to vaginal temps...I am a mouth breather and my oral temps were completely erratic. It was driving me nuts! I didnt want to change....because...gross. but it has worked out so well. My temps are so much higher and more stable.

On my chart you can see oral temps until 5do when I switched to vaginal. Gross as it is I would def reccomend it to anyone having problems with crazy temps

How do you find the vag temping? Is it easier than you expect? My temps are erratic too sometimes. This morning I did three different readings in 10mins and all were very different.

Yes thats exactly what I had. Sometimes I would take my temp 2 or 3 times within 5 mins and they were all wildly different. ..never knew what to use. Tried changing thermometers. .no change.

Yes, a lot easier than expected, I don't find it any more difficult than oral temps, and at least I know I can rely on the temp too.

I'm doing vaginal temping too, and I find the thermometer beeps alot faster than it did when I was doing it orally. Which is good when you want to go back to sleep asap!

Yes maybe! I am scared that if they stay stable the rest of my cycle that will mean there hasn't been any implantation, because surely that would effect your temps somehow?
