    @MonkeyMumma yes note it ad spotting good luck! Bbt can be a great tool!

    Today I thought my chart looked a bit triphasic but ff doesnt mention anything...does anyone else think it looks triphasic? (Never had this before but first cycle on injectables)

    A little @Patience86. are you on meds atm? That could affect it. Ff doesn't tell you when your chart is triphasic unfortunately! It will be interesting to see what happens over the next few days.

    Yes on meds @AdornedWithCats ...so I am not sure if it has something to do with that or not.

    My chart for this cycle 😩 the last temp I took before today was the day before my DS1's asthma flare up and hospital stint. DS2 was admitted the day after DS1 as discharged so I stopped temping and doing opks.

    Not wrong there. Perhaps that is all that's throwing my cycle out. Just need it to get back on track!
