Id say if your opk's are gearing up go with that. Bd every second day just in case
Thanks for the advice, I think my cycle I think my cycle is lengthening again to 33 days which would mean I am due to ovulate on the weekend. I was just taken a little confused because FF said had already ovulated.

I've been wondering when your appt was, I knew it was coming up. That's great that you will be monitored, hopefully its just a simple imbalance that they will easily be able to see

Yesssss so excited MK!!!!! Look at me, excited at multiple blood tests lol :-/
First one is cd1 so just have to wait for that. I'm cd13 atm so maybe 2 weeks away. DH gets his SA too :-)
The SA will be really good info for us, cos we will be able to see if we can bd every day, or if we should be waiting 2-3 days between.

I would recommend most ppl start opks on cd10. I myself usually start about cd14 or so but I'm a late ovulater

    I thought I subbed but guess I didn't!

I was usually pretty paranoid and started opks around cd8, even though I only o'd cd11-12. My cycles were usually pretty short (around 24 days), so I was always worried about missing things.

    I think I might start around CD12. I have a 31 day cycle so don't think I ovulate until CD16-18ish.
