    Looulaa I'm sorry to hear that. I hope she got some beautiful hand and foot prints and some lovely photos. Try not to worry yourself or stress yourself out. Sometimes these things happen and we just don't know why. It doesn't make it any easier to accept or understand though. Just let your SIL know that you are there for her whatever she needs. Losing a baby is so traumatic for everyone involved. They look like beautiful sleeping babies, so perfect in every way. Just make sure she talks to someone about how she's feeling whether it be a professional, hubby, or whoever. Her grief needs to feel validated. Same for her hubby (your bro or BIL). Sometimes the men are forgotten because the focus is on the women. Take him to an isolated area and let him scream if he needs to. You will all get through it. Baby may be gone but definitely not forgotten. X
