Default Quick breast milk question :)

I have had some EBM in the fridge in the coldest section for 72 hours.

Can I freeze it today to use in a few days, or do I have to chuck it if I don't use it today?

Yeah its borderline now. Personally I would either use it now or chuck it. Sorry.
