my sister isnt having actual bridesmaids ... (having her 2 sons who are early 20's) ...

Me and DD went to have a look at flower girl dresses today though - and they had a clearance rack of dresses - and I bought the most amazing dress to wear. For $60.

    Is so beautiful.

@GucciDahling I don't think it's creepy! Apart from it being an amazing bargain (there has to be a more applicable word than bargain?!) because you have seen the actual dress in photos at a real wedding and not just on a model with clips on her back holding it in at all the right places it is so much better! And your photographer will already know what light it will look amazing in! AND your make-up artist will know exactly the right hues and shades to bring out the best of it!

I got the proofs back from the printer for invitations.
    They are so pretty !!
    Question though:
Our wedding is on a Friday and at 10.30am.
I know save the dates usually just mention a date but given our ceremony is in the morning, should we mention that on the save the dates?
My thoughts were that for those travelling, they're more likely to need accom the night before the wedding than the night of the wedding.
    What do you think?

I have been searching for this thread..thank you for bumping it

We have set a date for our wedding. Finally! It is going to be Feb 29th next year. Now the real planning begins!!

GucciDahling I think it's a good idea to mention it if you think they will need to book now.

Yes, I would mention it for the travellers

Definitely mention it. We got save the dates for bil's wedding ages ago but when the invites came out 5weeks before the wedding I was shocked that the wedding started at 1:30. That's heaps earlier than any other wedding I've been to recently and throws all my plans out - and I live locally.
