I've got the swing and had no problem with it. The LC's in the hospital I delivered, recommended medela over any other brand FWIW.

I've got the Medela swing, and thought it worked well. I have no basis for comparison though as it's the only pump I've tried.

I have had both and highly recommend the Unimom. I love it. My medela got ruined when milk got in the motor. Unimom is a closed system so no chance of that and it works better than the medela imho.

Unimom for sure. Because it's a closed system which is much better. No chance of milk getting sucked into the unit and growing mould.
The swing is an open system which can do that. Google open/closed systems. You'll find lots of information about pumps and open/systems.
Only the hospital grade medela is a closed system.

I used unimom pump, it was very good.

I pumped third hourly for 6 weeks solid and never had any backflow into my medela. Is it a common thing?
The LC at the hospital told me the swing had a 'washable' motor if you did get backflow though.

I recently made the choice between the two. I chose the allegro because it's a closed system and I was able to get the double allegro for the same price as a single swing.
I've been using it every day for 6 weeks and it's great. I can get as much milk out as when I use the medela symphony at hospital. It's easy to clean and put back together. The battery lasts a fair while once charged.

Check out the Spectra pumps too - the S2 is a fantastic hospital grade double pump and the prices are amazing. They are all closed systems too so are much more hygienic than the Medela. I found the Spectra customer support far superior to Unimom. You can hire them too which might be good to start with to see if you love it!
