Mental stimulation. After school holidays, I'm ready to go back work! (But I only work 3 days and I feel it's a great balance)

I also need to get out of the house. Every day. Even just taking the kids to the park.

    Gym.

Some quiet time. Like, a silent house.

    Sleep.

    On bad days, coke.

I think definitely time on my own. Even if it's just doing shopping on my own. Or going to appointments on my own where I don't have to worry about keeping my eyes on my son or toilet trips or him constantly asking for food. I do get that and am grateful to my mil for it. I think it's helped me stay sane

4 hours uninterrupted sleep is satisfactory. I would like more but I can function on that.

I just need to know I'm doing a good job as a mum. So, having a supportive husband is important to me.

    A support network

A healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise)
