Ive come to the realisation that i just dont do well if i have too much time alone. I mean with other adults. I need other people in my life on a regular basis to chat with and get out of my own head. Whether it be a close friends, a new friend, family or some random stranger. I need people.
If i go too long without someone o chat with and de clutter my head i start getting down (im bipolar), a get tired, grumpy and generally feel like cr@p. I start neglecting the housework and get bored with cooking. I get annoyed at my kids and DH.
So what do YOU need to function as a mother? time at the gym, help around the house, a glass of wine at night??
