    Default Tony ferguson or Kate Morgan?

    Hi I have 15 kilos to shift and am considering the above programs. Any thoughts or recommendations?

    please don't comment if you're not into shakes etc. I realise it maybe be an ideal approach to some.

    also look into 5:2. MUCH cheaper and more effective.

    thanks for that. I did try two fast days and really really struggled. Does it get better? I just felt so grumpy that I thought there has to be a better way!!
    Did you count calories the other days?

    I drink the shakes most days but don't use them religiously as a meal replacement, if I feel like a meal I have that and if not I have a shake. But have changed my diet to a more healthy diet. I drink the Aldi shakes and am very impressed compared to a few others I have tried, they are cheaper and mix well and taste great and I am slowly loosing a few kg's

    I did tf a few years ago & lost 15kg. I kept it off for over 12 months until I started eating badly. My fault, not the shakes. I'm considering doing it again.

    I did Tony Ferguson a couple years ago. Lost 10kg in 7 weeks. Then traveling, work, redundancy, ill health got in $$ way. I've started again and have my 2nd weigh in tomorrow. This time however I'm using a combination of TF shakes/meals and Terry White shakes. I find Terry White shakes taste better. Can't say I find myself feeling hungry at all, except when the girls in my office are having an afternoon chocolate snack!

    I have 25+ kg to shift, since the 10 th Jan I started eating healthier, breaki, lunch, dinner, cut back on my spuds and bread, and started having a Neal replacement abt 10 am and 2-3 pm, have lost 6 kg so far and counting.
    It's one from the chemist a tin like a formula size one for $17.90 and it's working.
    I tried the others,a friend loves the aldi one but no store near us.
