She was asked her OPINION on what AP meant.
She even said it's not FOR ME, she didn't say it's not for everyone.
Nowhere did I hear anything about judging another's parenting.
She also said that feeding her children regurgitated food a la Alicia Silverstone wasn't for her either but no-one is up in arms about that being a "judgement."
It was a 5 minute badly conducted interview with inflammatory questions and she answered them all well and respectfully.
She would receive much more judgement than most being in the public eye, how many people here have commented on the pram incident even though it's not related at all!!

It was never my intention to create a thread to criticise anyone. My gripe was the way Peaches referred to CC as basically leaving your baby to cry- there was no mention of the "controlled" part of the practice which involves constant reassurance and parental presence. For the record, I hate labels. I hate the mummy wars as well and my OP was in no way an attack on her parenting.
Whether it was warranted or not, I did feel offended by her dismissal of CC as to me it came across like she was saying it was a wrong/unnatural thing to do. She said that.
Anyway I think I've said my piece and given my 2 cents.
"Life Is Ours, We Live It Our Way".
If someone asked me what I thought about CC, I'd say it's not something I'd do or something I have done and that's a judgement call I made for my family, just like Peaches did. I'm sure a TV show and an editing team could have a field day with my answers and paint all sorts of pictures.
It just all needs to stop but while we buy into it, while we keep feeding it, we get nowhere.
