@babygirl7 if all goes to plan we will be tww buddies, we r hoping to do a natural FET cycle around the same time, assuming AF doesnt go too out of sync from last cycle. Seems like ages away but time goes quick (cept the tww of course!)

Hi ladies, hope you don't mind me popping in.
Our donor embryo cycle just failed and after 17 rounds of IVF we are considering another FS change.
Has anyone here got an awesome FS who is aggressive with fertility treatment? What I mean by that is someone who is up with the latest research, tries different protocols and experimental treatment and isn't scared of double embryo transfers. After 8 years of trying we are tired of conservative! Would love to hear any reccs.

@Fakedelight: sorry to hear. If you have known me from the forum, I am not a fan of perth FS. Non-conservative FS can be found in the east. Well, i dont know your history so cant comment much. But if the failure has something to do with implantation, recurrent miscarriage etc, I can recommend someone that I heard of here in perth.

Thanks for the quick reply. Our issues are male factor (but we have moved to donor sperm), and PCOS (which has been helped with 50kg weight loss from gastric sleeve). Recurrent implantation failure through 17 rounds of treatment + 2 donor iui. Had one miscarriage and a couple of chem pregs. I think if we can get to blastocyst we have a great shot, but my doctors are so scared of OHSS (age and history of OHSS), that they won't trigger me if I get over a certain level even though I know I can handle it, and won't do double transfer, even when I only have 2 cell embryos
