    What's "stratch"? Is it when doctor put the embryo into the womb? It wasn't painful when I did it. Sorry for you ladies had experience like that, hope all the bad things end, and babies are on the way

    @bruyu

    An endometrial scratch is where they scratch a thin layer of the uterus away with a catheter. The lining is then supposed to grow back healthier and help with implantation.

    It is very different from an implantation transfer. Which for me is just uncomfortable and doesn't hurt me.

    Yes, this is an endometrial biopsy. They scrape the inside of your cervix to improve plantation rates. From what I have read, most people say its uncomfortable, not painful, so I thought maybe I was odd. I do have a mild septate, perhaps that complicated matters.

    The transfer is painless.

    Thanks ladies, hope everyone is hanging in there. x

    I've just sstarted round three. Fingers crossed. x

    I think all these things depends on the individual... My transfer was excruciating, I was swearing & had tears ********* down my face.

    I agree with Amy. My very first transfer actually couldn't be done because I was nearly throwing up from the pain. All done under general since then. Much easier on me and no fear that it won't work.

    Just wanted to add a little update from me. We got our BFP yesterday. Was very much surprised as I have felt nothing! No symptoms whatsoever. It must have been a lucky day because the nurse who rang actually said that everyone who had their BT yesterday got a positive. Now for weekly BT checks and scan in 3 weeks.

    Met Dr Sillender today. Nothing but good things, he's a lovely man. Younger than I expected :-)
    Gotta wait a few weeks then I can get started on my tracking cycle and hycosy

    Congrats on the positive! I hope you have a lovely pregnancy, don't worry bout the lack of symptoms, more people get none than most realise. :-)
