    That's a good start Fiery.

Yesterday I drank 3.5L water and one cup of tea as I went to the Dentist and didn't want to be busting in he chair!

Today I hope to drink more as I have a cold courtesy of my kiddies.

I always know I am parched when I get an 'end of the day' headache which isn't tension related Biscotti, so it's amazing how much enough water helps, and how adorable that the girls have joined in too.

Ugh, this new keyboard I have needs extra hard pressing of the keys, otherwise I lose letters, which I've noticed in my previous posts.

Another 800ml today. I know I'm going to come undone when it starts to cool off coming into winter. Who wants to drink anything except hot chocolate when it's cold?!?

I struggle in winter too Fiery. I just end up putting my 2L jug next to the kettle in winter to prompt me!

4L yesterday, hopefully the same today.

Got my 4L in today and had half a glass of champagne.... All this non drinking due to pregnancy and breastfeeding has made me a real lightweight!

My aim this week was to drink 2L of water a day and 2.5 on the days that I went for a run. I ran Mon, Thu and Saturday. So I clearly fell short every day! But a big improvement on what I was drinking the week before. So this week my aim will be the same, and I really want to hit it every day this week, especially since it's going to be a hot week.
I can really notice the difference in my skin, which is motivating me. When I wake up not having drunk enough the day before I look so haggard and old! All my wrinkles are so pronounced. But I woke this morning after a night of beer drinking looking not too shabby, and I think it's because I drank enough water.

Count me in on this, I normally drink a lot more cuppas than just water, on the 10th Jan I started upping my water again with slices of lemon in the water, a few weeks later I'm drink 3 jugs a day and I'm feeling so much better and even look it.
I used to keep that jug on the bench and stopped during winter last year, which is the hardest time I feel for keeping water intake up in cold a climate.
