I'm in - I started before Chrissy and was doing good. Then over Chrissy stopped. I need to get back into the habit.

Not to derail the thread but I'm interested, what do people drink if they aren't drinking water? I have one coffee in the morning and then all I drink is water. We have a soda ****** machine, we don't use syrups just have carbonated water.... Makes water so much easier to drink.

Edited for a typo so the sentence actually makes sense.

For me, Bubblesk, I drink a cup of tea in the morning and evening and if I am out I have coffee, otherwise it's water, water, water and soft drink as a treat when I am out to lunch or dinner.

Ive heard that you should really drink 1litre per 30kg of body weight.

Makes more sense than the standard 2L (or 8glasses) for everyone.

Cups of tea or nothing I'm ashamed ... I used to be the water king. I find when I'm working or exercising I drink much more ... Since my surgery in Oct I've been doing neither. I've also put on 5kg

I have 2-3 coffees a day and apart from that just water (or wine ) it's just that as the day goes on I forget to drink altogether. I have a 750ml bottle that I drink in the morning, and I'll drink another if I've done a workout and I try to drink at least one more but I always forget and maybe drink another 200-500ml of it.

    4L ???????

Remember there is such thing as too much water (a friend of mine was recently in an induced coma as a result of water intoxication).

I need to join as my water intake is sadly zero too. I know for a fact that it contributes a lot to my fatigue and I prob have about 3-4 toilet trips a day. I used to have one or zero toilet trips when I was working full time in a shift.

ETA: I also find the taste of water boring hence why I don't drink it. I could drink apple juice all day though.

Got through about 1.5L today then my lovely child turned into the devil reincarnated at bedtime, so got stressed and drank soft drink. I'm working tomorrow and I drink slot more at work than at home so I hope I can get through the whole 2L :-)
