Default "Whats happening to my Body" type book for a pre-teen

I wasn't sure which section put this in ! Hope here is ok.

I am looking for a book for our 10 year old DD - her chest is just starting to change, and I have noticed at times she can get overly emotional/upset over very little (which is very out of character for her, she's always been a calm, easy going child).

Wondering if anyone's daughters have read any of these books - What's Happening to my Body, or My Body, My Self, or Ready Set Grow or can anyone recommend a good book for a pre-teen girl. We can talk about these things, but I think a book along these lines might be helpful and perhaps bring up some topics that I hadn't thought of and she hadn't asked about.

I was hoping to find something Australian - these books sound good but I don't want anything that uses American terms that we don't use. Am going into town later today to see if I can find anything. Any recommendations?

    Thanks!

I remember reading What's Happening to Me at that age. Hilarious and informative!

    It's a bit old-fashioned though.

I think 'Girl Stuff' by Kaz Cooke would be an excellent one! I have her 'Women's Stuff' & 'Up The Duff', and I intend to buy 'Girl Stuff' for when my DD is growing up.

My mum was saying she got some for my niece the other month from the book depository, sorry no suggestions but it's a great online store.
