    Default Water birth at Sutherland Hospital?

    I'm trying to choose between Sutherland Hospital and the Birth Centre at St George.

    Sutherland is more appealing as it is closer and has more private rooms but I am interested in a water birth.

    I know they do these at st George but has anyone had a water birth at sutherland? I'd like to know about their attitude towards it?!

    I've had two water births at Sutherland Hospital. I would have had a third but we only made it as far as the waiting room. Haha!! I had one in both types of rooms they have there. Both were good. I wanted the lights off and to be left alone and they were very obliging. I've had very positive experiences there (and I had wanted home births but hubby wasn't so keen on the idea) and would recommend it.
