So glad Ella is feeding better for you Wobbler. I agree - that week did go really fast!

PinkBlue - I don't know about any remedies - if it's really bad and you can't keep any fluids/food down there are meds you can get, but if it just renders you unable to do regular stuff I don't think there is much you can do. I used to get car sick at that point too which was horrid as I couldn't close my eyes when driving! I found trying to nod off early at night useful as then I didn't have to worry about being sick anymore for that day, small dry snacks throughout the day would help with some of it.

Thanks LT, I've got Maxalon in the cupboard which I'll use if it worsens, but so far just intense nausea which comes in unpredictable waves. I literally couldn't get off the couch yesterday the whole day. Will keep an eye on it and counting the days til my scan - 4 more sleeps!

Pinkblue; I also had pretty full-on MS, which started about 6 weeks, and lasted well-over 12 weeks. But everyone and every pregnancy is different.
I survived by taking ondansetron wafers (they dissolve under the tongue, so even if you are vomiting, you can still take them). They don't cause drowsiness, whereas Maxolon causes drowsiness in some people (I find that even 10mg Maxolon makes me sleepy). You can get a prescription from your GP or OBGYN...but when you get them dispensed, ask for the generic ondansetron (and not the brand Zofran) as this is much, much cheaper. Although I would have paid anything for them!!
I still spewed alot, but the ondansetron definitely helped with that gross constant nausea, which is exhausting.
I also found, as LT said, that small dry meals helped. A slice of toast with Vegemite first thing in the morning...you may not feel like it, but it's worth trying. Helped me.
Things like ginger tablets and/or ginger ale never worked for me, but apparently work for some.
    Hope this helps.

Wobbler can't believe a week has passed already. With uploading photos try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Same when you can't see photos others post. I have to do this at least once a month. Does my head in.

PinkBlue some people say seasickness bands work for MS. I just put up with mine as I can't take the drugs and nothing else worked.

I'm 13w as of Tuesday. Ob appointment today, hope he does a scan as I haven't seen bub for a few weeks now.

River is doing great, had a cold this week which she shared. She is standing without holding on for a few minutes at a time and is walking about 3steps before grabbing for something. She is also climbing on everything!

Wobbler it's great you and Ella are getting into the swing of things. Believe me you will be amazed at how the weeks fly by! Try to take in every moment, I can hardly imagine Lincoln as a newborn now it's crazy.

Pinkorblue I hear keeping plain biscuits next to your bed and having one before you even get up can help a bit with ms.

Toni I can't believe river is nearly walking! Happy almost second tri, that feels like it's going so fast, I can remember u getting ur bfp with river like it was yesterday!

    Hello everyone else

Lincoln is doing well, coming up 10wks Sunday and having his tongue tie fixed Monday which I am freaking out about. I know it will he fine but I just feel bad that he has to feel pain
