    Sending love little ted xx

I have a question. So I'm almost 16 weeks now and last night I woke up and my whole belly was sore from just under my boobs down. It feels like I've done 100 sit ups. Is this normal? Any idea what's going on? I haven't done anything strenuous.

I don't blame you. Hoping it stops soon. Perhaps if it doesn't you could go and get a check done to ease your mind and they might be able to tell you what it is.

Channy could be right. Hopefully it's just things stretching out.

Bec, I have an abdominal separation that only happened with my fourth pregnancy. I can't remember having any pain, but have heard other women complain of a sore torso with it. Whenever I sit up I have a triangular formation down the middle of my torso.
