Do you drink enough fluids during the day? When you breastfeed, your fluid requirements are much higher. It definitely affects my supply.

    That's cute j

Here is the recipe I used http://www.**********.com.au/breastf...e#.UzPmye0azCR

I drink crap loads of water, just wanted to see what this does to my supply. I'd love to have enough when Lincoln goes to bed to express a bottle to freeze.

My mum made me some lactation cookies, that I wasn't keen on, but I tried some that tasted pretty good. They did nothing for my supply though

If nothing naturally is increasing your supply - try more pumping (post feeds). If that doesn't work motillium is a medication that increases some women's supply - prescription only.

How long does he sleep for once he goes to bed. If he sleeps a few hours, you should be able to express as soon as he goes to sleep, and still have enough for when he wakes for his feed

He sleeps from 9:30-4am generally. But when I try to express say at 11 I can barely get anything. Got a bit last night after eating a couple cookies tho yay!

Have you tried hand expressing instead of using a pump?

I always find it really hard to get anything if expressing in the evening. Heard your supply naturally drops at this time and I get far more in morning or afternoon. Not helpful if you want to increase evening supply though!
