Well said J. Child birth is terrifying. You have no idea what to expect, or how long it's all going to last for. The end result is the most important thing.

C'mon Channy's baby. We want to meet you.

Well said ladies re the birthing experience (not that I have any personal experience haha).

I've started thinking about what I'd *like* to experience and asked my ob about a water birth - but she said no go (I'm going to mater private). I was slightly disappointed, but at the end I the day I'm happy that I'm still pregnant! - and am looking forward to meeting my baby, however she arrives

    So impatient already haha

I'm the same, love the sounds of a water birth but my hospital doesn't do it! :-( oh well. Just get me my baby to take home I say!

Your all right of course I don't really have any expectations but the closer it gets the more scared/excited I become. Thank you for all the advice, I'll try to just be patient. X

    Update

Couldn't do sweep coz cervix was a tad high but is soft and 1cm dialated which is good. Head is still quite high, got another s&s on Tuesday and then booked in to either have waters broken or gels Wednesday. If nothing happens drip on Thursday.

Pony is a bit quiet, hoping she is having a baby

Thanks! I'm still here unfortunately lol

Channy we are twins, my OB checked me thismorning and I'm 1cm too and about 80% effaced, cervix is low and short etc. She is reluctant to let me go too far over as I'm running out of room in here so I'm booked in for gels Wednesday night and water pop Thursday morning next week. Glad to have a light at the end of the tunnel
