Default Anyone had trouble with their unimom order recently?

    Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else has had any trouble with their unimom order in the last couple of months?

I ordered & paid for a pump in November and after 7 weeks I still haven't recieved it. I've tried emailing & calling & did get a response (however vague) a few weeks ago which obviously hasn't resulted in anything otherwise I would have my pump by now!

    Thanks in advance.

I know people were having issues with the uni mom lady around this time last year as well! I wanted to buy some milk storage bags from herm, I contacted her quite a few times but she never got back to me! I'd contact my bank to try to get a refund and then find a better company to deal with as the owner doesn't seem very professional.

I had major trouble with their customer service this time last year. They were awful and not prompt. Pity because this pump is good.
If you don't hear anything soon I would contact your office of fair trading and Lodge a complaint. I ended up doing that.
    Hope it sorts out.

If you're looking for a great pump you should try Spectra! Their hospital grade pumps are amazing I've tried 2 different ones and both were great. I hired them from sweetbeats but you can buy them too.

I ordered a pump from them in mid December. I emailed as soon as I purchased to find out how soon they would post and had a reply the next day.
The pump arrived 3 days after ordering.

That sucks that you're having trouble with them as I really like my pump.

Blotched Tabby I haven't tried the M1, but saw it on display at the Baby Expo last year. I've tried the S2 and the Dew 350 and both were fantastic!
