    @Littleladybug I'm hoping to get back on the wagon tomorrow hun. Been off track for a month. I was mainly doing treadmill walking. Hope your doing well.

    I've been bad for a month, think I put on 2kgs. Hoping to get back into it tomorrow. Hope all the ladies are doing well

    @capricorn that's great hun and I will pm you my fitness pal name I'm sure you will achieve your goal by June hun. Hope you don't mind me asking how much do you weigh now? I'm currently at 86kg, would like to get to 80kg. If this cycle fails I will be going into weightloss overdrive

    Hi girls, how's everyone going? This thread seemed to disappear from my list. I'm doing ok. FS has told me to try to lose more weight. Need to get really serious now!

    Hi, I really think I should join this... I've never been thin, and have stayed within a few kg of the same weight despite doing several cycles, but can't seem to get any lighter than about 74-75kg despite watching what I eat and training 5-6 days a week at the gym. Lost a bit after getting sick, but have piled it all back on

    Well done on the 8kg weight loss Capricorn, at this point I could only dream of that!

    Hi there,

    Yeah I sure am! I was told last year after I had gone for my assessment cycle in March that everything was great to start IVF however my weight was an issue! I was devo... I've been over weight all my life really so to here this was yet another kick in the guts.. I'm done 17kgs an have an appointment in feb to see if we can start the process again?

    I'm calling BS. The biggest success factor in Ivf is egg quality and the biggest factor with egg quality is age. Nobody should be making you wait to start Ivf.
