    Lovely!!!! 😣😣 I think that's what I'm
most paranoid about is the needles not a fan at all!!! And DH will most likely pass out if he gave them or he is clumsy lol

Yea my friends and I in Jan started a weight loss support group we call ourselves Bootie Busters lol it's great to have that support it's just def a hard road

No exercise for 2 weeks that sucks!!! I think I'm going to be in the same boat though I've just pulled my back out again so I won't be able to do anything either!!!

The needles are not bad at all. I can't even look when I have a blood test done, but have no problem with ivf needles. I have never let DH do it as he is so tender hearted he'd be tentative putting it in which I think would hurt more! Orgalutran and saizen hurt bad, but icing your tummy first helps. I'm on clexane this time too and they say to ice your tummy for 10mins beforehand to help with the pain and bruising.

But in all honesty we do whatever it takes to get a bubba în our arms!

Have been told I can start walking on Monday, have never been more excited about hopping on the treadmill! Still have my bum taped up though. Go figure, I'm finally not suffering the indignity of people looking at my hooha and they're looking at my bum!

Hope your back is better soon xxx

Thanks for thinking of me @babygirl7 I'm doing ok. Glute med is still on the mend, but getting better. Somehow though I have been favouring the leg and now my hip flexor a are so tight I've got back pain! Never **|£~><>~ ends! I also put on 300gms this week. I was late for AF so that always affects my weight in the week I 'm due. Pt wasn't too concerned.

@Chiefsgirl hope all is well, good luck for your cycle hun, are you doing a stim cycle? I started my 1st FET last week. So I have been completely been off my diet and exercise aswell. But it's ok we can't feel guilty as it all for a good cause. I'm a bit of a stress eater lol, but I try to stay focused.

How are all the ladies going? Any weightloss?

@NessyNoodles867 top effort 6kg is awesome, your allowed to have an off week, but what counts is how you get back into it and on track.

I'm taking a break until FET, (mid April) if I get a negative then I'm going to give it my all. But in the meantime just focus on eating healthy and bit of exercise here and there

@ babygirl7 yes I'm doing a long down stim cycle, so I've been on the pill for 3 weeks and started jabbing lucrin on tues. Start fsh next week. Having hot sweats and headaches already! I've been trying to make sure I eat healthy tho!

@NessyNoodle867 that's a great loss! Congrats! You're allowed to fall off the wagon, just get back on again and you'll be fine.
