To blame the parents, to even question why the children were in the toilets on their own is a form of (typical) victim blaming.

A pool/dam/beach is a different scenario and to even raise that as a comparison is reducing the blame on the monster.
This short sighted typical fool was let into a public toilet as a child alone
And no amount of therapy will take away what happened
Maybe choose your words more carefully

Maybe YOU do, maybe your coterie do but I work with teachers and the do NOT all judge the parents - that's just a silly statement and quite offensive to the professional and incredibly compassionate and professional people I work with

Read back and you'll see what I'm talking about
I'm talking about bruises and lack of food on a continual basis
    I already clarified that

I dont, can't and won't blame the parents - they didn't commit the crime.

I am sorry you were hurt . I also will never blame my guardians for crimes perpetrated on me by the people who chose to commit a crime.

What has happened is tragic and distressing and my heart goes out to the little girls.

It is easy for all of us to sit back and cast judgment but it won't change the situation for these little people.

I think enough blame, judgement and insults have been thrown around in this thread and it is time to close.
