    Yes! And lots of insomnia, which I think go hand in hand, I roll over I wake up cos my boobs hurt. I've never had a large portion so I was a bits upraised they could cause so much pain. I've once or twice worn a bra to bed which actually eases some of the pain, however is don't actually think it's good to do so. I did read somewhere recently about someone recommending wearing a sportsbra to bed, so there are no underwires etc.
    Other than that unfortunately I don't think there is much we can do for relief
