    Default Exhausted

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm wondering if it is normal to feel so drained that every 5 mins I have to sit down or just lay down. I try to do housework and I get so breathless and puffed out, literally. I also have DS (3) who I try and keep up with. I just feel anywhere I am, I could curl up and rest. It could be I'm unfit or it's the heat. I don't remember feeling this exhausted when I was pregnant with DS and I worked right up until 38 weeks with him.

Have you had your iron levels checked recently?

Yep, right there with you! Heat definitely makes it worse. Ob said its normal to me.

Try drinking lots of cold water, I find it helps, along with apples that have been in the fridge

Take an extra iron tablet every 2-3 days and see if it helps. It did for me.
But yes I've felt the same as you since about 34 weeks and I'm 36+4 now.
Doesn't help that it's 31 degrees at 730 this morning as well.
