They could use their camera phone to take pics over or under the stalls. I'm always paranoid of this in public toilets after I saw on Today Tonight that a waiter in QLD was doing this! Following female customers into the loos and taking pics!

I'd get an awful fright if I saw a man in the women's toilets, even if he had a baby with him. Of course if he had a baby I'd understand why he was there, but still, I'd get a fright and would probably appreciate a staff member there to explain it. Same with male cleaners in female loos.

I'm sure there are grot bags out there that may look into the stall or even just get off on listening to women on the toilet.

Yeh this is making me feel icky - back to topic!

We have a friend who is raising his dd solo. he has this problem all the time. he doesn't like taking her into the mens, understandably, but he quite often doesn't have much of a choice.

I'm sorry you feel that way but I find that really OTT. Good old Today Tonight causing undue worry from their crappy and inaccurate reporting once again!

I wish people would do themselves a favour and watch some real news for a change. Or even just The Project!

Don't you think that's a little over the top? Nearly ever man is not a dirty perve. How would you deal with going somewhere with unisex toilets?
The pub where we were had the change table in the female toilets but not in a cubicle, just against the sink. The manager received a curse letter from me to which he called and profusely apologised, sent a $100 gift voucher to us and there is now a change table in the mens toilets. Win for dads!

I just had images of a dad trying to change a nappy whilst putting his phone under stalls to take photos. Multitasking at it's best that would be 😏

Lol that's reassuring - I feel safe now because I know most men aren't capable of that level of multitasking :-P

ETA that sounded like a bit of a man bashing, it wasnt, just a reflection on my husband lol

This annoys me too. Men change nappies too don't they (well I hope dh does at times lol), unless there's a parent room or disabled toilet with a change table, ever rest room, female and male should have a change table.
