Ga! MIL birthday dinner and theyre having chinese takeaway. They dont know we were trying again or that I am pregnant. Trying to figure out if I can eat it and maybe ways around if I cant. Eg reheat to piping hot without looking like a looney!

Baby is measuring 6+5 I don't know how long it will be alive for, apparently the sac doesn't grow and they run out of room and die.
I see my gp tomorrow and hopefully can get some regular scans so I know when to expect the worst. HB was 115 today.
Usually it's caused by a chromosomal problem. I just don't understand why?? I had still birth, micro preemie die and now a MC ffs we just want our family

Jodes, I'm so sorry things are not looking good. life is so cruel to people who deserve the best. Will keep you in my thoughts that you get some better news.

I'm thinking about a Doppler as well. Its nice to know that they can be used from 10wks. I had looked into them with our last angel but sadly the scan beat us to bad news

I've got a gp appointment tomorrow, going to get bloods to see if there is anything amiss that may be causing this on/off spotting. Its never strayed from brown or been enough to reach a liner, only a bit when I wipe. Its just a part of my days now *sigh* Next scan is Wed 5th March, should be 7+4 then

I still can't shake the thought there were twins though (and my gut instinct has been pretty accurate with all our pregnancies) Even though only 1 bub/hb was seen last week, can't help but think that maybe 1 was lost super early which is causing the spotting??

Jodes, no no no. I'm so sad to hear this news. I'm so sorry and sending you massive hugs..

And Wish, I have a Doppler but made myself be strict with rules. Don't over use it... And don't freak out with it... So far it's all been perfect. I used it maybe once a week, twice around the same gestation I lost Skye, and I must say, it has meant I haven't felt the need to go in to get monitored at hospital at all! Best money we ever spent. But like you said too... It can cause more anxiety so you do need to be good with it!

Oh Jodes. Massive hugs girl. No words are good enough xxx.

Wish, I was very interested in getting a Doppler early on in my pregnancy, but didn't end up buying one (had a feeling it might cause more anxiety than it was worth!).

I've been a mess this week, dd is driving me crazy and dh is too. We went away last week and I think we're all tired and getting back into the swing of things but I'm just so over everything and stupidly teary emotional - and then I remembered that today was supposed to be our due date if we hadn't had the mc and it all went completely to hell. It's my 30th next week and I am throwing a big party yet I'm still totally unorganized. :-(
