Congrats to everyone having great scans and welcome to the newbies!

I had some very light, brown 'tinge' yesterday, just on the tp. Trying very hard to tell myself it is not uncommon and it was brown, not red/pink but Pffft easier said than done. Pointless having a scan just yet as I'm just 5wks so just have to sit and hope for the best. I'd only had one cycle since the mmc/d&c so I'm hoping it was just left over from that rollercoaster. Nothing this morning so far

Haven't booked one yet. Was trying to just hang out until 10ish weeks as our 2 angel bubs didn't make it past 8.5/9wks...My gp did given me 2 referrals though if I found I couldn't wait that long so will wait until early the week after this so that I'm definitely past 6wks. We got a clear hb with our last angel at 5w6d but it will just be that bit clearer if we wait a few more days

I did have a thought though - I coach the local little athletics club and I was jumping about 'demonstrating' on Wednesday night at training, wondering if all that jerky type action just dislodged what was sitting there? (fwiw I didn't have a full d&c, they just used the suction to remove the last of the retained lining so I very well would have had old blood there too)

It's difficult having to wait for milestones. I waited to follow up til 8 weeks because we lost the baby from the mmc in the 7th week. I hadn't seen the baby til the scan we found out.

Hope time passes fast until you're at the time for your scan Michelle. Fx for no more spotting but I would guess the same as you, that there could be old blood and maybe baby attaching stirred it up.

Just got my bfp this morning and while I'm so happy the stress and worry has also begun. Need to take it one day at a time.

Nikita, that's exactly it, one day at a time. That's all you can do.

Congrats on your bfp and I hope it's a sticky uneventful 8 months ahead

Good luck Nikita - small goals. The first blood test and so on from there.

    Hi all,

Haven't been on in a few days, but checking and so glad to hear everyone's great news!!
Congratulations, Nikita!! Hoping all goes well over the next few weeks
Still have not had my scan - gp referred me a week and a half ago. Just nervous I suppose. Twice having scans with no hb has made this difficult and I've been keen to wait until we get past 8 weeks... think I'll give it a go this week. Should be around 7-8 weeks this week I think. Def should be a hb if all is well by now. Have had good and not so great days with ms - some days I'm really fine except some fatigue, others I feel nausea all day. Very unpredictable, but I'm happy for every symptom I feel!

    Wishing everyone a great week

Big congrats to Nikita! And one day at a time sounds like a good idea.

    Hope everyone is traveling well)
