Default 4w1d pregnant. 'PERIOD-LIKE' lower back pain radiating down to the top of my thigh???

4w1d pregnant. 'PERIOD-LIKE' lower back pain radiating down to the top of my thigh??? ANYONE?

Anyone feeling the same at this stage in early pregnancy? Anyone had this In early pregnancy and it turned into a healthy baby?

It feels EXACTLY like the same period pain in your back you get before and during AF!!

I'm so convinced it's something bad!!
:,-( I've been having abdominal cramping TOO for the last for days, but this backache started just 2 hours ago.

I never had this with my other 2 pregnancies ((

I had the same thing at various stages, it got so bad at 6 weeks I had to see a Dr who sent me for a scan and everything was fine!
I'm now 24 weeks and still get pain whenever my bump expands.
I hope it is just a symptom for you too!

Yeah it was, that's one of the reasons I was concerned. I also had spotting around the same time so it was really scary!
I know it's hard but try to stay positive, I tried to always prepare for the worst and hope for the best. It's all that got me through the first 12 weeks

Doesn't yellow discharge mean possible infection?

It's normal. The pain going down your thigh a relaxin kicking in and causing all your ligaments to loosen. It's also combined with the progesterone.

Period type pain is the uterus stretching.

    It's a GOOD sign.

You're sending yourself insane with all these panics.

And ordinarily I'd suggest you google pelvic girdle pain, but frankly I think you need to stay away from google for a while.

Your body is adjusting. Your ligaments are loosening and your uterus is stretching. Aches and pains and discharge are normal. Yellowish is fine unless accompanied by itching and odour- that may indicate a yeast infection. I saw your other thread and I think as Nancy said you are panicking and stressing yourself out. Take a break from the computer and relax in a warm bath, take a panadol if you're sore and just go with the flow for a bit. Maybe speak to someone about your anxiety levels. ^^^ very good advice there. Every pregnancy is different. Stressing will only make it worse. Stop over analysing everything, step away from the computer, stop stressing and RELAX.
