    Definitely no dressing for my kids. I used to hate dressing as a kid too.

    I make myself a garden salad (no cheese, otherwise they'd only eat the cheese), and then I pick out one piece of each item and put it on their plates. How much they eat depends on the child and their age; they started off just needing to have a nibble, and have worked their way up from there. Now they all still dislike salad but they have to pick one item that they like best and they get more of that and just a little bit of the rest.
    We'll get there eventually.
