    Default What's for dinner?

Forgive me if there is already a thread, but I had a look and couldn't find one.

I need some inspiration in the kitchen. Share your dinner with me!

Tonight we had lamb cutlets with green bean, pumpkin, feta & pine nut salad.

    What did you have?

Honey mustard chicken (from a jar) with rice and veggies.
Last night was fried rice (lots of leftovers!)
Chilli con carne (mild) with dipping bread is a winner here
    Porcupine meatballs and mashed potato
    Thai green curry (again, mild)
Marinated chicken with rice and veg
    Schnitzel with mash and veg
    Battered fish and salad
    BBQ snags and potato salad
    Cannelloni
    Tacos

Just some ideas of stuff we have regularly. I like casseroley type dishes, and stuff that I can use in a sandwich or wrap for work the next day

There is a thread over in the recipes and lunchbox area.

Hopefully you can get inspired by something over there. I hate cooking dinner. I hate having to think of something every single day. Wish the family decided they didn't have to eat at night.
