@Flemo - yep started taking the HRT! It's nearly been a month now and happy to say I've had no side effects at all. I was going to wait to have a BT to check my FSH after 2 months of HRT as I was going to be away when my period came this month. But low and behold AF turned up early so I can have a BT tomorrow before I go away but still unsure if I should test now or just wait another month... Not sure there will be any change when it hasn't been a full month yet?? But Ill prob do the BT anyway as I can't help myself! It's my birthday tomorrow tho so not sure I really want to put myself through it. Think I'll decide in the morning. Ahhhh the dilemmas!

Hope everyone else is doing well xo

@Flemo I was on synarel and I wasn't a fan of it and the nasty headaches. It's awful stuff but fingers crossed it does the trick for you xx

Hi ladies, hope you're all well and enjoying the long weekend. I'm going to head back to the GP tomorrow for another blood test as I'd like to know where my HCG is at now. I don't feel as pregnant as I did last week and I'm really anxious and concerned that my HCG isn't rising as it should. I did another FRER this afternoon and the line hasn't faded at all which I figure is a good thing, but I just want to know those numbers are going up.
On Monday last week they were 308 and had seemed to double every 72 hours. Based on this, am I correct in saying that by tomorrow, my levels should be around the 2,000 mark or so? I'm basing this on the 308 should have doubled to about 620 by last Thursday and then up to about 1200 by yesterday and maybe just under 2,000 by tomorrow morning. My last period was the 1st May and we did the deed on Sat 10th May. I usually have 25 day cycles, but since January I've had a 17 day and a 31 day cycle thrown in there. Just so very anxious and desperately wanting this baby to stick. My first scan is on 19th June. I'm on a 200mg progesterone pessary every night. Every day wake up feeling crampy, but hoping that's just the progesterone. Thanks for your input everyone and sorry to be hassling you all!

Siansmum, get the progesterone checked too just to make sure 200mg is sufficient. Fx the results come back high.

Siansmum. I can imagine how anxious you are feeling. I did a FRER test every day until my first scan. After such a long time waiting I just couldn't believe it had finally happened and every day I needed some sort of reassurance. It is a hard time second guessing every feeling and lack of feeling. Be kind to yourself and do what ever you need to do to get through this emotional time. Sounds like your GP is working with you to get regular BT's which is great. I agree about getting progesterone level checked too. Keeping for you.

Went to the GP this morning, but didn't see my usual Dr as she didn't have any spots available. Saw another woman who refused to do another HCG level - said it costs the community $100 every time I get one done, and best indicator is to wait and see the heartbeat at the 7 week scan! So it'll be a long and anxious wait until I see my Ob on Thursday week.

Hugs Siansmum, that's harsh of the GP. Knowing your situation, having lost your beautiful daughter and trying so long for a baby I think you deserve as many HCG tests as you need to make you not feel anxious. Keep us posted, we're all hoping and praying for you!
