Good luck with the Synarel, Lilypily. I was on it for one cycle and had to stop it as it was giving me horrendous headaches - just awful. Have you been on it before?

Just a a question about the progesterone pessaries - has anyone found they make you crampy? Feeling that way tonight and just hoping it's not bad news on the way. Feeling so very anxious tonight.

Also, should I be keeping the pessaries in the fridge? I've read that they can melt!

Siansmum from memory the brand name ones I had didn't have to go in the fridge, but I kept the generic pharmacy made ones in the fridge. Maybe ring the pharmacy you bought them from to double check.

I can't remember if they made me crampy but I remember feeling a general crampy feeling in the first few weeks. I think that's common in early pregnancy? Sorry I'm not much help!

Siansmum, just make sure you don't hold them in your hand too long or put them in your pocket (I lost a few accidentally doing that). As it's winter, leaving at room temp will be fine. You must be incredibly anxious

Siansmum I don't think 1x200 mg would make you crampy. I could be uterus stretching. I had terrible cramps with max, in hindsight that was everything going good. I was on 4x400mg progesterone. Was 1x200 what Lynn suggested? Seems a little low? Yes I have done syneral before. It sucks

Flemo not sure. It's the vivid whacky dreams that I hate. I hit flush in my own now.

Hi everyone, hope you're all tracking well this week, thinking of you all.

Flemo, that's very clever to use the estrogen to stop the process and help implantation. I'm sure I'll do it's trick. All the best.

I take 4×400mg progesterone too Lilypily! Your not unusual!

    Have a great weekend x
