If you get a script for 400mg daily it's cheaper than 200mg twice daily according to the pharmacist at epworth slade, he says Lynn prescribes it that way if you remind her. Siansmum it's possible to have a black mood from the meds but it's a bit of a necessary evil for many people. For my first preg I had no side effects & for the second one I felt flat until I stopped the meds and found out the 12 w scan was ok. It may not have been the meds, I was just so sure the preg would fail I felt flat anyway.

Hi Siansmum, I totally agree with Beta. Also the other major factor is that a lot of ladies take crinone during the two week wait and I find the two week wait to be the most horrible part of the IVF process so it's hard to differentiate whether it's the crinone or the two week wait itself...I more so found crinone to cause tiredness and I would attribute a lot of my moodiness while on it to being tired and also being in that two week wait period. Wishing u all the best!!

Start my progesterone pessaries tonight. Got 'Oripro' from our local pharmacy - $96 for a month's supply. Fingers crossed they help this baby stick and I don't have too many nasty side effects.

Actually it's similar, you must be just having one a day?

@bao synarel is a nose spray it puts your body in to menopause so you stop producing eostroegen. I have an implantation problem because I have andenomyosis. It causes the uterus to contract and attack. The idea is to shut it down short term then do the next transfer. It feeds of eostroegen. Glad your doing well looking forward to hearing your updates
